We primarily produce the decorative marigold trees in various designs and sizes entirely by hand. This form of wood turning requires a high level of skill and a feel for wood as a material. The trees are also made in our workshop as tree hanging variations. Another product line is our elaborately crafted miniature horse teams. Around 1900, when automobile technology had taken its first steps and horse-drawn vehicles still dominated the general street scene, the craftsman Franz Weber from Seiffen began to recreate this street scene with his miniature carts in order to create the coveted toy for many children. As a great-grandchild, I am now carrying on this tradition. Many collectors of Erzgebirge wood art enjoy these miniatures.
