Raggedy Ann and Andy Clothes

Lot of 23 Pieces

Excellent Condition!

 

Description:  I came upon this exquisite set of 23 doll clothes pieces for Raggedy Ann and Andy and knew I found something special.  All lovingly handmade by a skilled seamstress and in like new, unused condition.  They were stored in a sweater box with tissue between the layers. Includes:

·         Black and white pilgrim or Amish-type outfits for Ann and Andy, with collars and an apron and underskirt that are separate.

·         A traditional Andy blue pantset complete with a removeable handkerchief and Ann red dress/pinafore/bloomer set.

·         Two green green & white shamrock sets for Ann.  One is a dress with coordinating underskirt and the other is a blouse with knit skirt and underskirt.

·         Extra underskirt.

·         Hat

·         Two pair knit socks and one pair knit shoes.

I am not sure on the size doll they will fit since I don’t have different sizes of dolls to compare.  However, when comparing the size of these clothes to my 18” dolls, I believe these will fit 21” dolls and perhaps larger.  I cannot make guarantee on the size. 

This set was obviously lovingly handmade – very well made with great care and lots of special accents.  Some of the pieces are even lined.  No raw edges – either lined, double-folded or zigzagged.  No Velcro – all snaps and hooks.  Appear completely new/unused but of course they are older and were stored in a box with tissue between the pieces. 

Condition:  Most items appear brand new and completely unused with no issues.  The hat and bloomers may have been used/laundered as they do not appear pristine like the other pieces.  No detectable odors or other issues.  I maintain a smoke free and pet free home and have had these in storage for about 45 years.  Please look carefully at all photos and ask any clarifying questions before bidding.

Payment:  Payment must be received within 48 hours of close of auction, Buy It Now is due immediately.

Return:  I try to be honest and accurate in my descriptions.  No returns unless buyer can show I somehow misrepresented the merchandise.

Shipping:  I ship USPS within 2 business days of payment – this will be shipped 1^st Class.  I try to keep shipping low by using the least expensive shipping option, but if you need it fast let me know and I will work with you.  Contact me before payment to arrange combined shipping.
