1.     Combined shipping is available and allows you to save money on shipping and handling fees. We offer 50% off shipping and handling fees for all subsequent products that are equal of lower value (note: only items paid for in one purchase)

2.     Please note that there are no deliveries on weekends or Australian public holidays. Shipping and handling costs are considered as part of the sale, therefore it is non-negotiable.

TERMS OF SALES

Warranty

1.     We offers a 3 months Australia wide warranty.

2.     Our warranty policy commences from the date of dispatch.

3.     All items will be checked by our technician before sending, however if you do receive a defective product, please keep it in its original condition and email us immediately with small video showing defect and unpacking video, so we can rectify the problem by exchanging a new one for you as soon as possible.

4.     Upon delivery, please check the item to ensure there is no shipping damage. Once you have opened the packing (or any other medium), you have accepted it as undamaged.

5.     We are not responsible for any problems that arise from poor maintenance, modification and/or loss of parts. Our warranty policy does not cover misuse, collisions, mishandling accident or improper assembly by non-Australian licensed Auto electrician.

6.     Our warranty policy covers defective and/or faulty parts under normal use. We require any parts claimed under warranty be required to us so we can make a thorough inspection which we can then repair or replace the defective part.

7.     It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping fees. We will pay for postage when sending a replacement if product is defective as reported.

8.     Please be aware that replacements may be subjected to delays due to availability and delivery time of faulty parts. If you have any questions regarding our warranty policy, please e-mail us through E-bay only.

About us

1.   If the buyer contacts us within one week of receiving the product and it is faulty, the item is classified as Dead on Arrival (DOA). The buyer is then entitled to a refund of a replacement; otherwise standard warranty procedures apply.

2.   All defective items must be returned within 15 days from the shipping date

4.   When sending items back, please INCLUDE all components in their original form, your name, eBay ID, address (if requesting for replacement), method of payment, fault description (if any), date of purchase, and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement.

The buyer is liable to pay for all return shipping costs. However we will be responsible for the postage of shipping back to the customer.

4.      If the item is found to have been deliberately misused, we reserve the right to refuse or return the item at the customer's expense.

6.   However, due to costs of processing the return, postage and handling fees will be paid entirely by the customer.

-Shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

YOU HAVE TO PROVIDE INVOICE FROM CERTIFIED AUTO ELECTRICIAN (INSTALLER) CLEARLY STATING THE FAULT OR INSTALLATION DETAILS TO CLAIM WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT.

5.   We recommend Australian Certified Auto electrician to install our products. There will be no refund if you decide to install the stereo unit and other items by yourself.
