Item Condition: New emblems may have opened packages and minor wear from storage. We do our best to notate all repairs/damage, but if there is notable damage that was not listed, please let us know. If you have any questions on the item, please message us BEFORE purchasing.

International Customers: We do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, PO Box, APO/AFO addresses. We only offer shipping to the United States (lower 48). If you are purchasing internationally using a separate service that accepts delivery in the United States, it is assumed that the United States address is the delivery address of the buyer. Once the item shows as DELIVERED is when the return policy begins, and we must be notified of any damage/errors in listing within 24 hours of delivery (item marked as DELIVERED).

Local Pickup: We do not offer local pickup.

Shipping: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground depending on weight/size. We pack the items securely to ensure they get to you as the item is shown. Shipping damage does sometimes occur, so if you have an item that was damaged in shipping, please message us within 24 hours of delivery (package marked as DELIVERED).

Feedback: We strive to maintain a positive experience with all buyers, so if you have an issue with your order, please message us first before leaving feedback.  

Returns: We offer 30 day returns for all items. Once the item shows as DELIVERED is when this begins. It is the buyers responsibility to pack the item securely to ensure the item will return to us in the same condition.
