It includes the cartridge and the outer box.  

It is tested and working.

The cartridge label is in good condition with some scuffing and scratches from normal use.

The cartridge housing is in good condition with some minor debris on the rear housing, particularly near the Nintendo logo.

The box is the outer box only, and does not have the white, inner carriage or plastic sleeve.

The box itself has some scratches and scuffs and some bends and tears.  You can get a sense of this from the pictures.

Since the box has no insert, I’ll wrap the cartridge in bubble wrap inside to keep it from sliding around during shipping.
