Off of STX38 yellow deck. Both spindles have a small ridge on them about an inch from the end.

The one spindle pivots freely but has some bushing play. The other spindle moves stiffly but has very little play. The middle bushing has some play. The hole tie rod end goes into is has been enlarged see picture.
