This is a Pair of South African New Republic stamps from 1886.  They are SG 20, the 7 Shillings 6 Pence in Blue on Yellow Paper.  

This pair is Used and in Very Fine Condition!  It is cancelled with a Handstamp and dated "24 MAY 86."  This is a VERY RARE PAIR OF STAMPS! 

These stamps are not shown in the SG Catalogue Used, but in Mint Condition they would be valued at L320!
