This is a Pair of South African New Republic stamps from 1886.  They are SG 20, the 7/6 on Yellow Paper.  

These are Used and in Very Fine Condition!  They are cancelled with a Handstamp and dated "JAN 13 86." 

This stamp is not shown in the SG Catalogue Used, but in Mint Condition it's valued at L450!
