Offered for your consideration is a vintage Olson model S-713 12 inch full-range guitar speaker, USA-manufactured by Jensen c.1968.  Olson sourced all of their drivers from industry suppliers and this speaker came from Chicago's Jensen.

This Jensen for Olson guitar speaker is in clean, very good condition. The ribbed, deep-set paper cone has a thin crack, right next to the factory seam, which I neatly secured from the back side with surround glue.  There is also a very small fissure on the integral hard paper suspension ring which I corrected the same way.  The cone is otherwise unharmed and the vented voice coil dustcap is perfect.  Plus, the attractive, “futuristic” cast basket is in great shape with no dings or scratches.  And, the +/- input terminals are sturdy, screw-tighten binding posts which add a very nice touch.  It’s a well-preserved driver, overall.

Most importantly, it’s been fully tested and sounds very strong and clear with clear, detailed lower midrange extending deep into treble, and ample bass.  Plus, I tested its DC resistance at 6.9Ω, consistent with a nominal 8 ohm driver rating. Lastly, the mount flange measures 12⅜” diameter, it stands 5¾” tall, and the mounting holes are spaced 8¼” adjacent / 11⅝” diagonal apart, c-t-c.

So, as pictured and described, this Jensen for Olson 12” full-range guitar speaker is offered at a competitive price.

Then it’ll be wrapped with a protective sheet and placed in a sturdy box with shock-absorbent materials.
