Vintage hand-made Poole Pottery "Springtime" collection: first issued in 1978 and designed by Elaine Williamson. This collection has been in the family for a number of years but my parents are now needing the space: I am selling on their behalf.

This is a bright and well cared for set and was not used everyday. All items are in an excellent condition, unless stated otherwise. Every crockery items as photographed is part of this collection - 49 items in total. As you can see / count there is at least a dinner service set of 6 of the; Dinner plates, Breakfast plates, Fruit bowls, Tea plates, Tea saucer and Tea cups, along with the other items mentioned.

All pieces have the "Springtime Poole England" stamp on the base except the two 13cm jugs (with the ribbed lower) - these have "Dorset England" stamped on the base and a gold rim, and are increasingly rare.

Please have a good look at the pics - the only condition mention (other than 'excellent') are two of the tea cups (these have a couple of chips on the rim) and the gravy boat (which is cracked): these can be seen in the final two photos.

The set is located in Poundbury, near Dorchester in Dorset (DT1). Due to the weight and fragility, these are pick up / collection only. But having said that I may be able to arrange delivery along a corridor between Dorchester and Reading at some point within the next month if that is preferable and this is agreed at the same time as a transfer of funds.

The price is set at about 40-50% of individual piece market value) - realistic offers will be considered.

If you have any questions, please just ask :-)
