This antique primitive oak splint buttocks basket is a small, miniature size measuring 5 3/4" x 7 3/4". The basket is handwoven from wood and features a medium wood tone color. The style of the basket is native and primitive, originating from the US-Northeast region and dating back to 1900-1949.  My wife bought this back in the late 1970's and now it's time for someone else to enjoy it as she did
