It's not boxed, so I'm not 100% sure of the model number but it look like the PC120 I see in other ebay listings.

The item is in good cosmetic AND working condition.
They were tested on a laptop computer using the feature that test the playback and recording.
The item is sold with a DOA warranty. The item will have warranty void if removed labels on the major components.
DO not remove the warranty void if removed labels until you are satisfied with the item.
