In the package :
1. A Set of 4 Pieces Shocks Front And Rear as Indicated in Images.
Special Note :-
1.You will be receiving everything as displayed in the product images (same part and same quantity).
2. All parts are shipped with economy service and may take anywhere between 4-6 weeks to arrive.
This is the actual time and it may come before if the conditions remain favourable but we ship the parts within 2 days.
3. Express shipping is available through DHL/Aramex for additional cost and some listing indicates "Express Delivery" in the title already.
4. Please note that the delivery time indicated by Ebay is an estimated time under normal conditions but it may take more or less due to flight availability, climatic conditions, route e.t.c.
5.Express shipping are done through Ebay Global Shipping program so its through Ebay only not from our end.
6.You may see price hike at the time of checkout as Ebay adds VAT/Tax to the total cart value at checkout but we dont have any role in that. Its between you and Ebay.
7.There may come additional charges in terms of import duty or customs charges in your country at the time of product import and we bear no responsibility for the same. These charges are buyer's responsibility.
8. All packages are well packed and safely handed over to the postal service but sometimes they handle it poorly and it gets damaged so we'll send you a replacement upon verification.
9. If a parcel is lost in transit so we'll send you a replacement.
10. It is your responsibility to provide correct address information at checkout and ensure your availability at the delivery date else if the parcel is detained or remains undelivered then its your responsibility.
11. Please have patience and a believe that we are here to serve you with the best in terms of service and the product quality and we too are humans and we too deserve the same respect and cooperation like you do so please don't abuse. All your concerns will be fairly addressed and resolved upto your satisfaction.

13. Returns are acceptable if they are due to some genuine and fair reasons.
14. If you like to return the part just because you dont like it then you'll have to bear the return shipping cost on your own and refund will be done once the part arrives us.
Above mentioned points are for your ease as not every seller address these concerns before and then later you are into a trap and they loot you but we don't believe in hiding the fair information from our valuable clients as we value your efforts, your money and your time.
