The product is a graphics card manufactured by Sapphire with a 1GB GDDR3 memory size and an ATI Radeon HD 4850 chipset/GPU model.  The product is untested. I had this sitting in my drawer in a static bag from when I upgraded video cards a while back. I don't have the capacity to test it out, but it was working when I pulled it.
