You are looking at a Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation bag tag from the’ Pass It On Campaign. My father was the president/one of the founders of the San Fernando Valley Chapter.  It is from the late 90s or early 2000s. There is a scratch and a slight scuff on the case as you can see in the photos. The tag you will receive is the one in the photos.  It is from a smoke-free & pet-free household.  Thanks for looking and email me with any questions.
