Rare Antique 19thCentury American Figural Cigar Lighter gentleman bar Countertop.

Material:  Spelter.  Difficult to date with exactly, probably from 1860-1890.

Condition are very good, the top hat open and close smoothly.  Hat Hinges open, the hollow body to hold a coil wick.

Measurement:  9.9cm Height.  base 7.3cm diameter.
