Headset is in great condition however this item was listed under for parts or not working because the headset is unable to connect to the included wireless dongle. This in turn, removes the wireless functionality. This headset works incredibly well wired with the included 3.5 mm jack but has difficulties working wirelessly. To reiterate, the headset works but only wired unless the dongle is replaced/wireless connection issue is fixed.
