This is a genuine Imperial USA Money Clip knife. It has the 12k Gold Filled handles with a pen knife blade, nail file/cleaner the wide money clip on the back. It has two diamonds and a blue sapphire in the EXXON logo. This is a cool knife to have in your pocket.
It is in great condition and appears to have been carried some but used very little.
