We will make and ship a new costume for you for wrong size or measurements that are faulty on our confirmation. We will send you the delivery to the address that customers have to offer. Therefore, the customer must leave the right and complete address. For the case left out of the wrong file information on the customer's order, we are also not responsible for any additional costs associated with a reshipment.
