Description
This is a hard to find vintage desk / table lamp that was designed by George Frydman for Temde, The model number is Type 30. It was designed in the mid 1950's and makes for an excellent adjustable desk lamp. There is a small knob on the frame that when loosed allows for the back and forth adjustment of the front main section of the lamp. The top has a swivel head so you can adjust the angle of the shade. 

The lamp is currently wired with a European plug, but a 220 to 110 USA adapter will be provided when shipped as this lamp does work in the USA with this adapter. It has a E27 socket inside where bulbs can be easily found online. It comes with a brand-new bulb in box.

The lamp operates from a white push button at the top.

Condition
Overall this lamp is in great vintage condition. The inner shade is free of any cracks or breaks and is still in good shape. The wood veneer on the lamp shade itself show little wear apart from some small superficial marks from age. The wood veneer on the base has some light areas of wear and around the base and edge. The top of the black metal of the lamp housing has a small mark.

This item will be carefully padded and packaged inside a double walled box and protected accordingly with extra bubble wrap and packing peanuts. The lampshade itself will be packaged separately inside its own box inside the main box for extra protection as the shade element is quite rare and fragile.
