This 5-10-25 cent Coin Mechanism Assembly is used in Seeburg wall box models W4-L56, 3W5-L56, W6-L56 and 3W7-L56.

It is clean and in good condition but may need adjustment to pass all 3 coins flawlessly.

This same type of rejector is used in many models, including the Wurlitzer 1015. 
There is one important difference though - the right side of this rejector has a piece cut out which hinders mounting in some machines.  My third photo shows this area of concern.
