This is a South Africa REGISTERED OHMS Cover.  This one was sent from A.P.O. South Africa to Los Angeles on 3/28/1945.

What makes this little beauty really special is the ARMY EDUCATION SERVICES OVAL Marking in VIOLET.  It was endorced with a circle around Officer, has a receiver dated 4/24/1945 on the back.
