This is a used Applied Instruments XR-3W Modular Satellite Meter/Signal Finder. These are used to align and locate signals for satellites used for video and other purposes.

All components are in very good condition with light scuffs, scratches, marks and wear from normal use and storage. The unit is capable of using different modules for different types of protocols and signals.  It comes with a "Turbo-S2" and a "Cable-Air" modules, other modules are also available from the manufacturer.

The unit is powered by a proprietary rechargeable battery (included, used). It properly charges and powers the unit on with no issues. The display is in excellent condition with no defects to report. I was able to navigate through various screens and menus with no issues, all buttons on the unit register properly and are in good physical shape. Sold in working condition.

All firmware/software on the unit is sold as-is, updates may be available from the manufacturer. No subscriptions, registration, media or otherwise included.  All batteries are used and sold as-is due to the nature of batteries, during my testing the battery properly took & held a charge up to 100% and was able to power the unit on without the need for any external power.
