It was pulled from a NAS system where it was still working, however, when attempting to redeploy drive in another system, the drive fails to initialize and this cannot be formatted or used. When powered on, it spins up and sounds normal. No abnormal clicking sounds can be heard. Unsure of what the issue is: if there's an issue with the platters, read/write head, or maybe the firmware controller is bad.
