EL Wire is Non-Toxic, cold to the touch, very durable, and resistant to water and ice. It's Plug and Play. Just add batteries and this kit is ready to go. Uses 2 AA batteries -- not included. Each piece has steady-on and blink modes. The product is waterproof and very flexible. Most problems occur when the product is not handled properly (meaning spun or thrown around or repeatedly dropped). Constant bending or improper handling will reduce the brightness and effectiveness of your EL Wire. ; ***Please note that Magic Matt will not replace EL Wire that has been used. All items have a 30 day warranty; some have a 90-day warranty.  If an item you received from My Picks for You is damaged or defective you can return for a refund or replacement within 30 days after the order is placed on our website (and with some products 90 days).                                                                                                         

With fragrances the returns are a little different.  Any fragrance that is less than 1/3 used can be returned for any reason within 30 days  --this offer does not apply to soaps and body creams.   If any fragrances, soaps, and creams are defective:  package broken, out of date use period, etc, then you will receive a pre-paid return label and return for full refund or free reorder of any product of equal value on our ebay store.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS   

We ensure that all products are brand new or in excellent refurbished condition prior to shipping. In the event of receiving an item which does not conform to those standards, please email or message us through ebay messaging.  We will provide prepaid return labels for all items that are defective and you may send them back for a full refund, reship of the item,  or an exchange with any item in our store of equal value.  In some cases you will not need to send the defective item back. For these we may just require photos of the damage.
