The booklet is in very nice collectible antique condition.

It has normal wear, spots, blemishes, creases, and fading in spots throughout the book ( See Photos).

There is nothing major to note about condition at all.

The pages are all very nice and readable condition.

Book is a neat little read along with looking at population total for this time period in all states and most towns with population over 1000.

The front cover is a very nice-looking elegant picture.
