This is a Re:PLAY! brand 2001 Rowen action figure from the Ronin Warriors anime.  The figure is about 6.25" tall when measured to the tip of his helmet horns, has a "Power Coil" spring action feature, includes plug-on armor, and is still brand new and factory sealed.  The packaging is overall in good condition with a little bending, light corner & edge wear, some scratches, an old store sticker on the upper front right corner, and other light storage/age wear.  Please ask if there are any questions.
