Grande dipinto olandese della seconda metà del XIX secolo. Opera olio su tela, in prima tela, raffigurante paesaggio romantico di ottima mano pittorica. Quadro di misura eccezionale adornato da strepitosa cornice coeva, in legno e gesso, finemente scolpita e dorata. Cornice strutturalmente sana, con qualche mancanza di decoro in gesso (vedi foto). Opera di piacevole profondità con montagne sullo sfondo e fiume sulla destra. A sinistra il pittore inserisce una figura femminile immersa nella natura (vedi foto). Però come in molte opere romantiche la vera protagonista è la natura stessa, selvaggia e immensa, di fronte al quale l'uomo è impotente. Dipinto firmato in basso a destra (vedi foto), firma in fase di studio. Opera che ha subito un intervento di restauro conservativo nel corso del XX secolo. In bella patina, nel complesso in buono stato conservativo con qualche segno del tempo. Luce dipinto H 135 x L 161 cm. H 180 x L 208 x P 11 cm

Große niederländische Malerei aus der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts. Gemälde Öl auf Leinwand, erste Leinwand, Darstellung einer romantischen Landschaft von ausgezeichneter Bildqualität. Gemälde von außergewöhnlicher Größe, geschmückt mit einem erstaunlichen zeitgenössischen Rahmen aus Holz und Gips, fein geschnitzt und vergoldet. Strukturell stabiler Rahmen, mit einigen fehlenden Putzverzierungen (siehe Foto). Bild von angenehmer Tiefe mit Bergen im Hintergrund und Fluss auf der rechten Seite. Auf der linken Seite fügt der Maler eine in die Natur versunkene weibliche Figur ein (siehe Foto). Wie in vielen romantischen Gemälden ist der eigentliche Protagonist jedoch die Natur selbst, wild und riesig, vor der der Mensch machtlos ist. Das Gemälde ist unten rechts signiert (siehe Foto), die Signatur wird studiert. Kunstwerk, das im 20. Jahrhundert einer konservativen Restaurierung unterzogen wurde. Grande peinture hollandaise de la seconde moitié du 19ème siècle. Oeuvre huile sur toile, première toile, représentant un paysage romantique d'excellente qualité picturale. Tableau de taille exceptionnelle orné d'un étonnant cadre contemporain, en bois et plâtre, finement sculpté et doré. Cadre structurellement sain, avec quelques manques de décoration en plâtre (voir photo). Oeuvre d'une agréable profondeur avec des montagnes en arrière-plan et une rivière sur la droite. A gauche, le peintre insère une figure féminine immergée dans la nature (voir photo). Cependant, comme dans de nombreux tableaux romantiques, le véritable protagoniste est la nature elle-même, sauvage et immense, devant laquelle l'homme est impuissant. Peinture signée en bas à droite (voir photo), signature à l'étude. Oeuvre qui a subi une restauration conservatrice au cours du 20ème siècle.
