-Very worn, bubbled/pitted and scratched, with some large areas of discoloration and some oxidation. Some of these have a bump from where the screw threading had been over tapped, as shown in these pictures. These are structurally sound, but the finish wear is why they're on sale.
-Measurements: 4" tall, about 1 1/2" wide, 3/4" deep, with 3" vertical centers (from the center of one hole to the center of the other)
