Our high-quality RJ45 PUC Adaptor cables allow you to connect the latest B&O TVs (with RJ45 PUC sockets) to existing IR blaster cables with the 3.5 mm jack plugs. This adaptor is ideal if you are changing your older B&O TV setup to one of the latest in the range. It is the perfect solution if you have old generation IR blaster cables already installed into your setup and do not wish to change to a completely new RJ45 IR Blaster cable - This might be due to having existing wiring installed into walls, cabinets, conduit etc..

These cables are also available in various lengths allowing them to serve perfectly as extension cables where the standard 3 metres IR blaster cables are not long enough on their own.

This adaptor cable allows for dual control of two IR blaster cables (PUC A and PUC B) with 3.5 mm jack plugs.

The very latest BeoVision televisions and BeoSystems have IR output sockets for the connection of IR Blaster cables. These latest output sockets are normally marked up as PUC1 (A+B), PUC2 (A+B), PUC3 (A+B) depending on the model in question.

If you have one of the older generation BeoVision TVs (e.g. BeoVision 10 or earlier, pre year 2012) then you will require a 3.5 mm jack connection type IR Blaster cable (please see our other product listings).

The adaptor cable simply plugs into a spare RJ45 PUC/IR socket on the BeoVision TV/BeoSystem and then a single or pair of 3.5 mm jack type IR blaster cables connect to the sockets at the other end of the adaptor. The adaptor will work with just one IR blaster cable attached (either PUC A or PUC B socket).

Please check that your BeoVision or BeoSystem has an IR PUC output socket, and that it is a RJ45 type prior to placing your order. We have the 3.5 mm jack plug connection type available as a different product (i.e. for older generation B&O products such as CRT BeoVision Avant 32 etc).
