Vintage The Scotland Pen Self-Filling 'Wet Noddle' (OMAS sub-brand) Fountain Pen

The Scotland Pen is an Italian pen.  To make the pen appear British, was a marketing plot.  The original The Scotland Pen nib was replaced with an OMAS superflex, 14ct needlepoint, Spencerian, custom grinded, gold nib.
There is no trace that the pen was found anywhere but Italy.

There are 2 opinions on who made the pen.  according to the book 'Stilografiche Omas dal 1925 ad oggi (p.8-90).
It was Armando Simoni, the founder of OMAS, who made The Scotland Pen.
But, in Issue 13, of PENNA Magazine, 1995, the pen was made by Pietro Tantini's firm, TABO, in Bologna, Italy.  OMAS is the likely founder of The Scotland Pen.
