This listing will be delivered with a signature confirmation. This listing is for a lot of two Rugrats figures, Cynthia Doll and Reptar figure. These items are in new open box condition. The Cynthia doll box has a small tear on the bottom as highlighted, the Reptar figure has what looks like light marker writing on the bottom of the box as highlighted in the images.
