RARE! In 2011 to celebrate the Deadly and Dangerous series, the Perth Mint released a very special Limited Issue Russian Version Red-Back Spider $1 One Dollar Silver Proof Coin struck in solid fine .999 Silver and weighing one ounce of pure Silver from the issuing country of Tuvalu and is the first in the series of Deadly and Dangerous.

The reverse of the coin is coloured and shows an Australian Red-Back Spider in its web, with three smaller spiders below. In the outer rim around above, the Russian name of the spider: Красноспинный паук. Around below, the precious metal content 1oz 999 SILVER (one ounce of 99.9% silver) followed by the Latin name of the species, LATRODECTUS HASSELTI.

The face value and date of issue are on the obverse as well as the crowned bust of Queen Elizabeth II, facing right (her effigy known as the "Third Portrait"). The Queen is wearing the royal diadem which she wears on her way to and from the State Opening of Parliament, a pearl necklace and earrings.

As couriers are primarily used as default carriers I may not be able to ship to an International PO Box. Please contact me for alternative arrangements. Additional shipping charges may apply.

No returns accepted. Any orders that are returned for the following reasons: 

- Failure to pick up/ sign;

- Failure to pay taxes, duties, brokerage or other fees;

- Wrong address (buyer error);

Will be refunded less shipping (both the send and return costs), plus a 20% re-stocking fee (calculated based on the item selling price).  

If there are any problems with your order when received (damaged / missing items) it must be reported within 10 business days from the delivery date as marked in the shipment tracking history.
