 RETURN:  in order for a refund to be given, the following conditions have to be met:

    1)  Item must be in “EXACT” same condition as delivered to you (NEW).  A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from refund.  Buyer is responsible for “return shipping fee”. 

      2)  Return must be "FULLY INSURED by Buyer".  If return is received “broken” by Seller, refund will NOT be given.  Buyer must submit their own insurance claim.  We strongly suggest returning by UPS since the Post Office takes months to settle claims.
