First-generation Judy SL in fair cosmetic and *mostly* good functional condition. Threadless 1 1/8in steerer cut to 8in, surprisingly smooth when I had the brace off and elastomers out, I'm not seeing any stanchion wear either. 

The Ti hardware is still in place too.

Steerer is cut to 8in as shown.

One of the blue elastomers (just one!) had disintegrated in the middle of the stack, so that'll need to be replaced- but the surviving bumpers are probably a whole lot harder than they were thirty years ago.
