Vintage Estate 10k White Gold Art Deco Sapphire Scrollwork Ring Sz 6.5 3.81g

Beautiful ring on the outside for the most part but definitely looks like the artisan work on an apprentice or hobbyist, especially on the inside. I found this at a Belle Meade, TN estate sale. It has no markings but tests as 10k (see pics). The stones test as Sapphire on my presidium gem tester. My guess is that a gentleman made this for his girl back in the day? How romantic! Please see all pics, it is a pretty ring but is a bit imperfect, which I think adds to its charm!
