Based on high strength steel material, processed with high precision CNC cutting. After processing, heat treatment greatly improves strength! Surface treatment is also performed at the same time to improve surface hardness and corrosion resistance.
The transmission of the three gears: bevel, spur, and sector has been changed to helical gears instead of the usual spur teeth.
Vibration and noise occur due to uneven torque transmission and engagement, which always occur with normal spur teeth. With helical gears, the tooth strike is always constant, eliminating torque fluctuations and uneven meshing, and has the effect of suppressing noise.
Gear ratio is 100:200. When converted to normal flat teeth, it becomes 23:1. Since the Marui standard type is 18:1, it is a torque up gear. For high spring rate flow rate tuning and down cycling!
