You are looking at what I believe is a 4 3/4 inch tall Rose O'Neill Kewpie often referred to as blue wing. The bottom is marked O'Neill and the Kewpie is in fairly good condition. See pics! This is a jointed arm doll made of bisque. From what I read it was probably manufactured sometime just after 1915?
