Engine and gearbox very solid, drives and pulls quite nicely. Only 111,000 miles on the clock.

Areas of bodywork do want some attention. Some age related marks as well as some areas of paintwork which could do with touching up.

I have owned this for a couple of years and just never had the time to really get it finished, despite this we have had some really enjoyable trips away. 

The van has a diesel heater fitted which works a treat in the cold weather. A fixed double bed in the back. I have fitted some kitchen units and a sink which needs finishing off. It does have a brand new Truma Ultrastore water heater fitted, however I never got round to wiring & piping it up. 

Electrics - 400w solar on the roof, connected to a charge controller in the back. Also has an inverter mounted in the back, however hasn't been hardwired in yet (only connected to test). Some 12v lighting has been fitted with wiring in place for more. There is labelled up cabling running through the channels in the van for future connections.

Has water pump fitted in the back, also two underslung tanks, not been piped up but i have plenty of piping included in the sale.

The wooden roof needs finishing off, I have the slats and paint for this to be completed. I have various left over bits and bobs for jobs that i planned on finishing off in the van but never got around too. I also have a brand new window for the sliding door which i never fitted. 

This would be ideal for someone who has the time to finish this off. As it stands you could easily use the van as its fully insulated and heated and drives lovely, just needs some attention in the right areas. There is a solid platform here for someone to come along and really add there own touch. 

I would recommend viewing the van if you are seriously interested as there is probably a lot here i haven't mentioned.
