This is a pair of Transvaal 1885 Stamps, SG 174  and 180, the ARMS SURCHARGE HALVE PENNY ON 3 Pence and 1 Shilling.  A pretty and very early example of Transvaal/South Africa Postage.

These little beauties here are in Mint Very Fine Condition with Original Gum.  They are valued at 52 in the Stanley Gibbons Catalogue!
