NOS cable clamp for Bendix 2-Speed hub. This is Anchor Clamp "Z". By the tape measure, it looks like it is designed to fit 5/8" tubing, and will hold the cable at an angle across the top. If you need one that holds it on the side, I have one of those listed as well.
