Cute Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer by PMI - Praying Mantis. It is dated 2002. I have not tested it but the battery compartment is clean with no rust. The battery cover is difficult to remove. I used a skinny screwdriver. Please review all pictures. There is some scuffing and missing flocking material. Still a cute piece. Message with any questions. Thanks!
