Not brand new it was owned before. It has the previous owners initials written on the battery charger. It does not affect the performance of the tool whatsoever. It has been tested to ensure it works properly, both the tool and the battery. Cosmetically it looks in great condition, a bit dusty cause it was used quite a few times. Item Will be shipped with USPS priority mail and delivery speed is based on traffic and USPS carriers. Upon pick up 'full delivery speed'  and 'on time delivery' is the responsibility of the shipping carrier service. Will not do refunds unless item is returned in original condition.
