A very good copy of the rare hardcover first printing published by John P. Morton and Company in Louisville, Kentucky 1897. From the title page: An Accounting of Some of The Old Homesteads and Families of King William County, Virginia, From Its Earliest Settlement.  No writing, marks or folds to interior. A couple of small rub marks to back board. The back board is starting to separate from text block (easy fix).  With marbled end-pages.  A wonderful copy for the historian / genealogist collector.
