Description

The FERNANDES mockingbird base, which was available from the mid-80s to 1992, is now in stock!

In the 1980s, it was listed in the lineup under the name "MB-85", in 1990 it was renamed "MB-80", and in 1992 it was renamed "MB-90" and the lower model "MB-85". 65" was introduced, and was later inherited by the "BMB", which was based on the MB-65. (Since it is not possible to specify the manufacturing date, it is written as MB-85 for convenience.)
The later MB-65 had a soft maple body and a simpler circuit, but this one has a mahogany body, neck-through, and various circuits just like the original!

Nowadays, the original B.C.RICH is only made in China/Korea, but the fact that you can get an authentic Mockingbird bass made in Japan at this price is a very valuable item!

The truss rod works well, and there is plenty of room for adjustment in both the forward and reverse warp correction directions.
The warp of the neck has been adjusted with a rod, and it is almost straight.
The frets show some signs of wear and tear, but they are in good condition and do not affect playability.
