You are legally obliged to return used batteries and accumulators. Disposal with normal household waste is prohibited and violates the Battery Act. After use, you can return batteries and accumulators purchased from us in connection with the conclusion of the respective contract free of charge to a municipal collection point or to a local retailer or to the business address specified in the legal notice of this webshop. The shipment must be sent with sufficient postage.
Batteries containing pollutants are marked with a symbol consisting of a crossed-out garbage can and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal that determines the classification as containing pollutants. Batteries that contain more than 0.0005 mass percent mercury (Hg), more than 0.002 mass percent cadmium (Cd) or more than 0.004 mass percent lead (Pb) are marked with the respective chemical symbols of the metals (Hg, Cd, Pb), in which the aforementioned limit value is exceeded.
Disposal instructions: Electrical and electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Disposal is only possible by handing it over to the local collection and return points of the municipalities or municipalities possible. We will also dispose of it for you - the return must be sent with sufficient postage.
