Shipping Policy

• Orders ship out within 2 business days; most will actually make it out the same day or next.

• All shipping takes place on BUSINESS days, not on weekends or holidays.

• You cannot change a shipping address after you submit an order. 

• The average time for delivery once shipped is 2-5 days +/-.

Return Policy

• Open your item carefully and retain all packaging and documentation.

• All our products are new and are shipped to you in the same pristine condition we receive from the factory or distributor.

• There should not be any problems if handled correctly and / or installed properly.

• On the rare occasion a product seems defective we always recommend contacting the respective manufacturer first for tech support as most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical information.

• If at this point the item is deemed defective please email us within 7-10 days

• Beyond this time frame please contact the respective manufacturer's technical support.

• If a refund is agreed the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

• Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility to return the item to us. We do not reimburse any return shipping cost, unless the fault is ours. We will cover the cost to send a replacement.
