Vintage Cartier, Photo Frame: Burgundy Lacquer

A rare Cartier Photo Frame

Brass construction and gold-plated with the Iconic Cartier Burgundy enamel/lacquer decoration. It opens out on a folding hinge with the back plate then forming the stand

It is in mint condition never having been used, i.e "New Old Stock". It is signed "Cartier Paris", MADE IN FRANCE and is numbered (21010521). It comes with its original Instructions (photos #5 & #6) but does not have a Box

A Travel Clock was also made by Cartier to match this Frame (but not included in this auction). I currently have it listed on eBay, should the buyer of the frame wish to purchase it, and the 2 items are shown together in photo #8

Bidders with zero feedback (and/or newly registered on eBay) should confirm their identity before bidding. After a recent spate of such bidders (mostly from Kuwait), any of their bids on my auctions will be cancelled. Similarly, bidders who conceal their identity by using a Forwarding Agent in a different country will have their bids cancelled unless they have traded or communicated with me previously.

Payment should be made within 3 days of receiving an invoice unless the Buyer requests an extension. Unpaid items will be re-listed and such Buyers will be blocked from future bidding in my auctions. Similarly, any previous Buyers who have failed to honour their obligation to pay are automatically excluded from bidding or communicating with me.

Shipping ("Economy") is via Swiss Post (or, for higher value items, Fedex or UPS, this being shown as "Express" postal service) from Switzerland, fully tracked and insured up to the declared value. 

Please note that Switzerland is not in the EU and that Customs Duties may be levied on import into EU countries (and also into the UK).
 

All sales are final. However, if you feel on receiving the item that my description is not accurate then it can be returned provided its in the same condition as when originally shipped by me. Antiques and vintage items by their nature will have imperfections. In detailing the current condition of the item in the listing, it is the combination of the written description and the photos which is being represented.
