Terms Of Sales

1. We are committed to give you the best customer service possible. If the item disappoints you for any reason, please contact us and we'll assist you with a prompt solution. We'd like to settle any problem in a friendly manner.

2. We want to make sure you are happy with our item. If you want to return the item for any reason, contact us within 14 days from the delivery date and we will give you a refund or exchange. Only unused, undamaged and original condition item can be qualified for a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

3. Please ensure you have studied the photographs of the item you wish to purchase and have asked any questions about the item before the end of the auction.

Shipment

1. All items will be shipped to buyer's ebay address. Before you pay, please make sure your address in ebay matches the address you would like us to ship to.

2. We will dispatch the item within the handling time (weekends and public holidays are not working days) after confirming your full payment. All items are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as assigned.

3. We are more than happy to combine postage. Once you have finished adding any further items to your purchase simply request the total via the eBay payments page and we can send a combined invoice with a postage adjustment / discount. Combined postage discount can be applied to purchases made within 5 days of the first item. After this time any further items will be classed as a separate order.
