Very lightly used, this adjustable buckle strapback 6 panel baseball style cap was from the collection of an expert Wisconsin Musky fisherman. The buckle is tarnished; see photos.  
  With the strap fully extended, the distance around the outer circumference of the band is at most approximately 26 inches, so I would estimate the inner band to be about 25". No guarantees on that; I haven't determined a way to measure the inside of a cap!
